Capstone Apartment Partners is pleased to present the Mid-Ohio Affordable Portfolio—consisting
of six (6) properties, 201 total units spread across Central Ohio. The
assets are a mix of USDA Rural-Development (RD), LIHTC, and eligible
Section 8 affordable housing properties. The four (4) LIHTC assets will all be out of their 15-year compliance period upon sale.
The assets are well-situated off Interstate-70—the east/west interstate
that runs through Central Ohio. Four (4) of the assets are within a
1-hour drive of the Columbus MSA, and the other two (2) are within 2
hours of either the Columbus or Pittsburgh MSAs. The portfolio provides
multiple value-add opportunities by increasing rents to the maximum
allowable AMI levels at each property, as well as leasing up select
assets to more stabilized occupancy levels.
